  Announcement has been made by Lee Remick of Los Angeles and Osterville, Mass., of the engagement of her daughter, Katherine Lee Colleran, to Pike Houston Sullivan 3d, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan Jr. of Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J. The couple plan to be married next summer.
  The bride-to-be, also the daughter of William A. Colleran of Los Angeles, graduated from Queen's College, a preparatory school in London, and Smith College. She is a writer. Her mother is the actress. Her father is a television writer, producer and director. Ms. Colleran's stepfather, Kip Gowans, is a television producer. The future bride is a granddaughter of Mrs. Frank W. Packard of New York and Barbados and the late Frank E. Remick, who owned Remick's of Quincy, a department store in Quincy, Mass.
  Mr. Sullivan, who attended Roger Williams College, is an assistant floor manager at Robert Fleming Inc., a member of the New York Stock Exchange. His father, the chairman of Peter B. Cannell & Company, investment counselors in New York, was the chairman and the chief executive officer of F. Eberstadt & Company, investment bankers in New York.
